Together with our close affiliate, Hudson Construction Consultants (HCC), who shares space in our office building, S. T. Hudson Engineers Inc. is able to provide expertise in all phases of construction management, critical path scheduling, claims analysis, and mitigation and resolution. Construction Management services typically include monitoring, contractor schedules and production for the client; holding regular construction meetings with the client and contractor; providing engineering and design input when required; and providing material/equipment review and inspection to assure the project is done correctly and on time.

In the last several years, S. T. Hudson Engineers Inc. has been very successful in completing several significant construction projects for public and private clients—a new eight hundred foot (800'), Panamax ship pier; a new one thousand foot (1,000'), VLCC ship unloading platform and dolphin facility; construction of a new fifty-five thousand square foot (55,000 sq. ft.), pile-supported, refrigerated building for fruit storage; a three hundred sixty foot (360') pier demolition and reconstruction, including existing storage building modifications; and numerous other projects.

S. T. Hudson Engineers Inc. provides complete construction management oversite for the client, keeping the client totally informed and ultimately satisfied with the successful result.
